Who we are

Embrox Designs, website embroxdesigns.com, email embroxdesigns@gmail.com.

What data we collect

• When you buy: name, email, country and order details. Payments are processed by PayPal; we don't store card details.
• When you request digitizing: name, email, measurements and the images you send us.
• When you browse: the site's technical cookies and visit statistics (Google Site Kit / Analytics).

How we use it

To deliver your downloads, answer requests, send quotes and meet accounting obligations. We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond the services we need to operate (payments, email, web hosting).

Your images and logos

Files you send us for digitizing are used only for that job. We don't publish or show them without your permission.

How long we keep it

Order data, for as long as accounting law requires; everything else, while you have an account or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing embroxdesigns@gmail.com.
