Digital products

Our embroidery designs are digital files delivered right after payment. Because of their nature, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

When we can help

If something is wrong with your order, we'll send you the correct file or refund any overcharge in these cases:

• The file is damaged or won't open: we'll send you a working file.
• You received a different design or format than the one you bought: we'll send you the right one.
• You paid twice for the same product by mistake: we'll refund the duplicate payment.

Email us at embroxdesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and a description of the problem.

Before you buy

Make sure your machine accepts one of the included formats and that the design size fits your hoop. If you have questions, write to us before buying.

Digitizing service

Custom work includes free edits and resizing of the same design. Once the final file is approved and delivered, it can't be refunded, because the work has already been done.
